These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Rinsed.ai (“Rinsed”, “we”, “our”, or “the Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rinsed, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. If you are using Rinsed on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Rinsed is an AI-powered real estate analysis tool that produces comparable sales analyses, valuation estimates, rehab cost estimates, lead scoring, and strategy recommendations. Use of the Service is credit-based: each completed analysis consumes one or more credits depending on your plan.

3. Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Credits and Payments

Credits are required to run analyses on the Service.
Credits expire after 12 months of account inactivity. We will attempt to notify you before expiration.
Used credits are non-refundable. Unused credits on monthly plans roll over per the terms of your plan.
Monthly subscriptions cancel at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until that period ends.
All fees are charged in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any law.
Resell, redistribute, or commercially license outputs of the Service without our prior written permission.
Submit knowingly false or misleading input data, or attempt to interfere with the Service's normal operation.
Reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise attempt to extract source code, models, or proprietary methods.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Analyses produced by Rinsed are estimates generated by automated systems. They are not appraisals, broker price opinions, legal advice, financial advice, or investment recommendations. Comparable sales, rehab estimates, ARV figures, and offer ranges are model outputs and may be inaccurate.

You are responsible for verifying every analysis with licensed professionals — appraisers, contractors, attorneys, accountants, brokers — before making any investment, lending, or contracting decision. Rinsed is a tool to accelerate your own due diligence, not a replacement for it.

7. Intellectual Property

Rinsed and its underlying technology, models, and content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any property addresses, lists, or other input data you submit. We retain ownership of the analysis outputs and methodology; you receive a non-exclusive license to use the outputs for your own real estate operations.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or fail to pay fees owed. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rinsed is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
