Organizing reports for review
A simple review system keeps a growing pile of Rinse Reports useful. The goal: at any moment you can answer "what am I reviewing next and why?"
A simple daily rhythm
Run or upload in the morning, review by grade, decide by end of day. Reports you can't decide on yet get a note about what's missing — a comp to verify, a contractor opinion, a price you're waiting on.
- New reports — triage by grade and score
- Undecided reports — each one carries a note on what would unblock the decision
- Decided reports — marked offer made, no deal, or closed
Use notes liberally
Every report has a notes section. Use it for what the numbers can't capture: condition details from a drive-by, a quote from the listing agent, your gut read. Notes are searchable, so they pay off later.
Prune ruthlessly
Reports that are clearly dead should be marked no deal and let go. A clean review queue is worth more than a complete archive — and deleted reports can always be restored if a deal comes back to life.
