Saving and revisiting reports
Every Rinse you run is saved as a report you can come back to. Deals change — prices drop, sellers get motivated — and a report you passed on last month can become interesting today.
Where reports live
Your reports list holds every analysis you've run, newest first, with the grade and score visible at a glance so you can re-scan old analyses quickly.
When to revisit
Set your own rhythm for re-reviewing saved reports. Common triggers: a price cut on a property you analyzed, a new comp closing nearby, or a seller calling you back. Re-run the Rinse if enough has changed — the old report stays for comparison.
Keep the decision visible
Mark your decision on each report — offer made, no deal, closed — so your saved list reads as a record of your own judgment, not just a pile of analyses. Those marks are notes for you; they don't trigger anything.
