Saving a Rinse Report

Reports are saved automatically when a Rinse completes — there's no separate save step to forget. This guide covers what gets saved and how long it sticks around.

What's in a saved report

The full output of the analysis: comps, ARV, rehab estimate, offer range, deal score, risk flags, and next move — plus any notes you add afterward. The report is a snapshot of the analysis at the time you ran it.

Deleting and restoring

Deleted reports move to a holding area first, so a mis-click doesn't destroy an analysis. Restore from there if you change your mind.

Snapshots vs. fresh data

Market data moves. If a report is more than a few weeks old and the deal is back on your radar, re-run the Rinse — comparing the new report against the old one shows you exactly what changed.

Key Takeaway

Reports are saved automatically when a Rinse completes — there's no separate save step to forget. This guide covers what gets saved and how long it sticks around.
