Upgrading or changing your plan

Upgrading mid-cycle

Upgrades take effect immediately. You're prorated for the days remaining in the current cycle and your credit balance jumps to the new tier's allowance same day. Useful when you've burned through this month's credits and need more right now.

Prorated billing math

If you upgrade from Starter ($49) to Pro ($149) 15 days into a 30-day cycle, you pay roughly half the difference ($50) for the remaining half-cycle, then full Pro pricing on the next renewal.

Downgrading

Downgrades take effect at the next billing date. You keep your higher tier and full credit allowance until cycle close. This way you don't lose credits you already paid for.

Cancellation

Cancel any time from billing settings. Subscription stops at the end of the current cycle. You retain access to the engine and pipeline data — you just stop getting fresh subscription credits. Pay-per-Rinse credits remain available.

Founding Member Bundle and plan changes

The Founding Member Bundle is a one-time prepaid bundle, not a subscription, so it isn't a tier you upgrade or downgrade. If you've bought the bundle, you can still start a monthly plan any time — your plan allowance is used first, then your remaining founder credits. See the Founding Member Bundle article for details.

Plan changes are flexible — upgrade mid-cycle and start using new credits immediately, downgrade at next cycle, cancel any time. No retention calls, no fine print.
