Exporting a report
Export turns a Rinse Report into a clean document you can save, print, or share however you like. Rinsed doesn't send the report anywhere — exporting puts the file in your hands.
Exporting a single report
From any report, hit Export Report. You'll get a print-ready version of the analysis — verdict, offer range, comps, rehab assumptions, and risk flags — that saves to PDF from your browser's print dialog.
Exporting in bulk
From your reports list you can export a filtered set as CSV — useful for getting scores and offer ranges side by side in a spreadsheet, or for handing a ranked list to a partner.
Where exports get used
Common uses: attaching the analysis to your own offer email, walking a lender or partner through the numbers, or keeping a deal file for your records. What you do with the export is up to you.
