Batch Analysis

How batch credits are counted

Batches use the same credit pool as single Rinses. One credit per property in the batch, regardless of result. Failed analyses (bad addresses, no comps available) are refunded automatically.

1 credit per property

If you upload a CSV with 100 properties, the batch uses 100 credits — one per analysis. There's no batch discount and no per-property surcharge. Same rate as single Rinses.

Failed analyses refund automatically

If a property's address is invalid, has no comparable sales, or hits a data error the engine can't recover from, the credit is refunded back to your account within minutes of batch completion.

Preview before confirming

After you upload a CSV, Rinsed shows the row count and required credits before processing. Confirm the math is what you expect, then hit Run. You can cancel before processing starts at no charge.

Insufficient credits

If your batch needs more credits than your account has, Rinsed shows the gap and lets you upgrade your plan or buy a pay-per-Rinse pack on the spot. The batch resumes once credits are available.

Credit consumption order

Subscription credits are consumed first, then pay-per-Rinse credits. So if you have 80 subscription credits and 200 pay-per-Rinse credits and run a 100-property batch, you'll burn the 80 subscription first then 20 from pay-per-Rinse.

Key Takeaway

Batches use the same credit pool as single Rinses. One credit per property in the batch, regardless of result. Failed analyses (bad addresses, no comps available) are refunded automatically.
