Batch Analysis

Uploading a CSV file

Batch analysis lets you upload a list of addresses and Rinse them all at once. Perfect for processing skip-traced lists, MLS exports, or any time you have more than 5 deals to analyze.

CSV format requirements

Your CSV needs at minimum a column with property addresses. The engine accepts a wide range of column names — Address, Property Address, full_address, etc. — and detects the right column automatically.

Required column

Address is the only hard requirement. Everything else is optional and improves accuracy if included.

Optional columns

Including these columns gives Rinsed more context and tightens the analysis.

  • Listing Price — anchors gap percent calculation
  • Owner Name — speeds skip tracing if you need it later
  • Days on Market — feeds the lead score directly
  • Source — tags the lead source for filtering
  • Notes — pulled into the deal card

Upload flow

From the dashboard, hit Batch Upload. Drag in your CSV or browse to select. Rinsed previews the first 5 rows and shows which columns it detected. Confirm the mapping and hit go.

Error handling

Rows with missing or invalid addresses are flagged and skipped. You'll see a summary at the top of the batch results listing skipped rows so you can clean and retry.

Key Takeaway

Batch analysis lets you upload a list of addresses and Rinse them all at once. Perfect for processing skip-traced lists, MLS exports, or any time you have more than 5 deals to analyze.
