Batch Analysis

Reading your batch summary

When a batch finishes, you land on the batch summary page. It shows the breakdown by grade, the highest-scoring leads first, and lets you bulk-action everything from one screen.

The header counts

Top of the page shows totals: total analyzed, HOT count, WARM count, COLD count, failed/refunded. Quick gut check on whether the list is worth deeper review.

Sorted by score

Default sort is by lead score descending — HOT leads at the top, COLD at the bottom. Your call list literally builds itself. Take the top 10 and start dialing.

Inline analysis preview

Each row shows the address, grade, MAO range, gap percent, and a one-line strategy verdict. Click any row to expand into the full analysis. No need to leave the batch page to triage.

Bulk actions

Select multiple deals and bulk-add them to your pipeline, mark them as called, or export them as a filtered CSV.

  • Add to pipeline — moves selected deals to Lead or Analyzed stage
  • Mark as contacted — logs an activity timestamp
  • Export selected — downloads a CSV with the lead grades and MAO numbers
  • Delete — removes from the batch (does not refund credits)

Saving the batch

Every batch is saved automatically and accessible from the Batch History page. You can revisit a batch from last week and see how the leads played out — closed, dead, still active.

Key Takeaway

When a batch finishes, you land on the batch summary page. It shows the breakdown by grade, the highest-scoring leads first, and lets you bulk-action everything from one screen.
