Batch Analysis

Filtering and sorting batch results

A 200-property batch is unwieldy without filters. Rinsed lets you slice the results by grade, deal type, market, gap percent, and more — building a prioritized call list in seconds.

Filter by grade

Toggle HOT, WARM, COLD on and off. Default view shows HOT and WARM only. Add COLD when you want to scan for outliers (cold cash, hot creative).

Filter by deal type

Filter to deals where a specific strategy is viable. Useful when you're building a list for a specific buyer.

  • Cash deals only
  • SubTo viable
  • Seller finance viable
  • Novation viable
  • Multiple paths viable

Filter by market

Filter by city, state, county, or zip. Critical when you're working multiple markets and want to focus on one at a time.

Sort options

Sort columns let you re-rank the list on the dimension you care about right now.

  • Lead score (default, descending)
  • Gap percent (ascending — tightest deals first)
  • Days on market (descending — stalest listings first)
  • Listing price (any direction)
  • MAO ceiling (any direction)

Exporting a filtered call list

After filtering and sorting, hit Export. The downloaded CSV contains exactly what you see on screen, in the order you see it. Perfect to hand to a VA for cold calling.

Key Takeaway

A 200-property batch is unwieldy without filters. Rinsed lets you slice the results by grade, deal type, market, gap percent, and more — building a prioritized call list in seconds.
