Setting up your profile
Your profile tells Rinsed who you are, where you operate, and how you like to work. Spending 5 minutes here makes every Rinse and every dispo match downstream more accurate.
Name and basic info
Set your name and business name. These show up on offer scripts and contract templates, so use the legal entity you wholesale under.
Market preferences
Pick your primary markets — states, MSAs, or counties. Rinsed uses this to set defaults on new analyses, surface relevant buyers first, and weight the right comparables when local market dynamics matter.
Deal type preferences
Tell Rinsed what kinds of deals you pursue. If you only do cash, the creative path scoring still runs but is collapsed by default. If you do everything, all paths show full output.

Notification settings
Choose how you want to be notified when batch analyses finish, when a follow-up you scheduled comes due, and when a HOT lead lands. Email and in-app are both available. Keep notifications tight — only the things that need your attention right now.
Default assignment fee target
Set your typical assignment fee target ($10k, $15k, $30k, etc). Rinsed uses this to anchor MAO calculations to the fee you actually want to make.
