Skip-traced lists from Propstream, BatchLeads, or your provider drop straight into Rinsed batch analysis. Get every property scored before you spend a minute calling.

HOT/WARM filtering

Sort the batch by grade, take the top 10-20, hand them to your caller. Anything else is noise. The grade filtering is what makes 5 offers per day sustainable instead of soul-crushing.

Dispo matching saves the back end
