Importing exports from Privy Pro

Privy Pro CSV exports work natively in Rinsed. The engine recognizes Privy's column names and maps them automatically — no reformatting needed.

Privy export format

Privy Pro lets you export saved searches, LiveCMA results, and Investor Activity lists as CSV. Each export has a consistent column structure that Rinsed maps natively.

Columns Rinsed maps automatically

These map straight into Rinsed fields without any work on your end.

  • Address fields — Street Address, City, State, Zip
  • Listing Price — pulls into the lead
  • Days on Market — feeds the lead score
  • Status — Active, Pending, Sold (Active recommended for batch)
  • MLS Number — stored as reference
  • Photos URL — linked into the deal card

Prepping the file

Most Privy exports work as-is. The only manual prep is filtering — only export Active listings, exclude any duplicates, and remove obvious mismatches (commercial mixed in with residential, etc.) before uploading.

Recommended workflow

Save your Privy searches by criteria (motivated seller language, DOM > 60, price drops, etc). Export once a week. Upload to Rinsed. Triage the HOT/WARM grades. This is the daily flow that produces 5 quality offers per day.

Other lead sources

The same import flow works for Propstream, BatchLeads, Realie, and most major data providers. As long as the file has an address column, Rinsed can analyze it.

Key Takeaway

Privy Pro CSV exports work natively in Rinsed. The engine recognizes Privy's column names and maps them automatically — no reformatting needed.
